Water & Power Department, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites proposals from reputable consulting firms or joint ventures to act as a Third-Party Validation (TPV) Consulting Firm / JV for review and validation of project execution activities related to 100 MWp Distributed Solar Photovoltaic (DPV) plants at various sites in Gilgit-Baltistan.
The assignment includes independent review and validation of project execution activities for the 100 MWp DPV project. Firms/JVs must be duly registered and meet eligibility criteria noted in the RFP.
