Important application details:
- Tender documents and conditions are available upon written request, on submission of the non-refundable tender fee as specified against each package in the original notice, payable by Bank Draft/Pay Order to the Principal Accounts Officer. Call deposits and cash tender fees are not accepted.
- Tenders must be delivered in sealed envelopes during office hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–13:00) except Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays. Tenders will be received up to the opening time and will be opened on the listed opening dates in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
- Opening dates for packages are listed in the original notice (opening dates include 2026-07-07 and 2026-07-08 as per individual packages).
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per public procurement rules. Tender details and updates may also be available on the PPRA website.
