Islamabad Police Tender: Procurement of Engine Oil for Diesel, Petrol Vehicles & Motorcycles (FY 2026-27)

Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of engine oil for diesel, petrol vehicles and motorcycles for Financial Year 2026–27. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope method with Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Eligible firms must be registered, hold an active NTN and Sales Tax Registration (STRN), be on Active Taxpayers List of FBR, and register/participate through the e-PAk Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0.

Bids must include required Bid Security (pay order, CDR, bank guarantee or demand draft) and be submitted via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-27; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
