OPF Invitation to Bids — Equipment for OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites bids for the procurement of heavy equipment — 1 tyre-mounted hydraulic excavator, 1 tractor, 1 hydraulic trolley, 1 water bowser and allied items — for operation and maintenance of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad under a Single Stage Two Envelope competitive bidding procedure. Bidding documents are available and bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 system.

Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0 by 2026-07-27 12:00; technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 the same day. Bid security (scanned) must be uploaded to E-PADS 2.0 and the original submitted before bid closing.
