Public Health Engineering Division, Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids (EPADS e-tendering) for construction of sewerage and sanitation works under the 1st Bi-Annual 2026 (01.01.2026 to 30.06.2026). Registered contractors/firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence for 2025-26 and engineers with valid certification are eligible to participate.
Mandatory requirements: registration on the Punjab e-procurement/PPRA system, valid PEC licence of the relevant category, and submission of original CDR (earnest money) equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Nankana Sahib. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by the stated deadline; incomplete, conditional, or late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Nankana Sahib.
