Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division Tender Notice – Platform Upgradation, Paint Procurement & Bridge Repairs (Submission by 2026-06-30)

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Rawalpindi Division. Bids are invited under the Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 and Through Rates from approved Pakistan Railways contractors or other government contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above with relevant specialization codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-06 and EE-11 for the works listed below. For Items No. 2 and 3 PEC registration is not mandatory. All bidders must possess valid Sales Tax Registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bidding documents are available free at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must upload bids via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) and also submit a scanned copy of bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) with uploaded documents. Original bid security (Call Deposit/CDR or Bank Guarantee), CNIC copy, valid PEC registration (where applicable) and proof of ATL status must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi by the closing date and time.

Submission deadline: 2026-06-30 up to 12:00 PM. Tender opening: same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Only bids submitted through EPADS will be entertained.
