Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for reclamation and replacement of damaged, irreparable 100-kVA distribution transformers. Registered / pre-qualified firms with a proven track record for manufacturing or reclaiming transformers may participate. Work must comply with WAPDA/PEPCO specifications DS84:2020 (amended).

How to apply / tender details: Tender documents are available from the e-procurement portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids should be submitted through the e-procurement (E-PAIDs/E-PPRA) system; manual bids must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned as stated in the tender documents.
Bid validity & guarantees: Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. Bid guarantee (CDR) must be furnished for the amount specified and be valid for 150 days.
Eligibility & conditions: Participating firms must be registered / pre-qualified and have a sound track record for transformer manufacturing/reclamation. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. Conditional tenders or tenders submitted without the required bid guarantee will not be accepted. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
