Invitation to Bid: ITN Transportation & Distribution for Merged Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — CMU (Global Fund)

Common Management Unit (CMU) for the Global Fund (AIDS, TB & Malaria) invites sealed bids for hiring contractors/transportation services for distribution of Insecticidal Treated Nets (ITNs) to selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the ITN mass campaign. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure; eligible firms must be legally registered, have relevant transportation experience, and be active taxpayers.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted via the PPRA e-procurement system (EPADS) and delivered physically or by registered courier to the CMU office. Submission deadline is 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM, with public bid opening the same day at 11:30 AM. A refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 is required with the technical bid.
