Government of Pakistan — Press Information Department (Ministry of Information & Broadcasting) invites pre-qualification applications from authorized, experienced, and well-established service providers for event management services for the Financial Year 2026–2027 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027).

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
- Be an established firm with operational offices in major cities including Islamabad.
- Be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax.
- Be registered with AGPR (appearing as an active vendor with vendor number, IBAN and related details).
- Be registered on PPRA's e-PADS 2.0 portal (or as required by the Authority).
Submission & Bid Security:
Tender documents can be downloaded from www.pid.gov.pk or accessed through e-PADS. Interested bidders shall submit proposals duly signed and stamped along with a Security Deposit of PKR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupees) in the form of a Pay Order in favour of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Press Information Department, Islamabad. Mode of submission: Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS only. No hard copies will be accepted.
Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by June 29, 2026, by 11:00 PM.
Terms & Conditions (summary): Blacklisted firms or bidders are not eligible; incomplete or conditional applications will not be entertained; bids received after the due date/time will not be considered. Payments will be made after submission of verified invoices through proper channels and subject to applicable government taxes and deductions. The Press Information Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the pre-qualification process in accordance with PPRA rules.
