- Pre-bid conference: 2026-07-01 at 10:00 hrs in the office of Director Procurement, Pakistan Railways, Admn Block, Carriage Factory, Islamabad.

- All bids must be submitted online only through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. No bids submitted by any other method will be accepted.

- Bid security must be provided in the specified form and submitted to the office of the Director Procurement, Pakistan Railways, Carriage Factory, Islamabad, before tender closing. Bidders must upload the complete scanned bid in ePADS.
