Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning), Gujrat invites bids from reputed contractors, firms and organizations for supply of goods and services for the Financial Year 2026-27 under the PPRA E-Tendering Rules. Eligible firms with adequate past experience and required technical/managerial capabilities may submit online bids as per PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended).

Key Instructions & Requirements
- Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA e-tendering portal (E-PA/EPADS) only. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended).
- Firms/organizations must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and have an active taxpayer profile.
- Technical proposal must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in favor of Deputy Commissioner, Gujrat.
- On acceptance, the successful bidder shall deposit a performance guarantee of 5% of the total contract value in the form prescribed.
- Incomplete, unsigned or un-sealed bids (where applicable) will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals as per PPRA rules.

- Last date for online submission: 2026-06-22 by 12:00 PM.
- The rate quoted online will be announced on the same date at 12:30 PM.
