Tender: M&R of Bus Parking Shed & Flat (M-5L) at PUMHSW Nawabshah – bids due 2026-07-09

Office of the Project Director (Engineering Wing), People's University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women (PUMHSW), Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah) invites sealed electronic tenders via the Sindh EPADS portal for maintenance & repair works.

Eligibility & Qualification Requirements:

• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the required category.
• Registration with NTN and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and Income Tax returns for the last 3 years.
• List of similar assignments completed over the past 3 years as proof of experience.
• List of ongoing/past litigation, if any.
• Affidavit that the firm has not been blacklisted; blacklisted firms will not be allowed to participate.
• Annual turnover should be at least twice the estimated cost (to be verified from bank statements).

Method & Submission Instructions:

Single-stage, single-envelope procurement. Electronic bids must be submitted through the SPPRA EPADS portal on or before the closing date and time, attaching all required documents and company profile. A hard copy (pay order) for the tender fee and earnest money/security deposit in permissible forms must be submitted in favor of the specified PUMHSW accounts before the electronic bid opening deadline. The electronic bids will be opened on the specified opening date/time; if the closing/opening date is a holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.

Terms & Conditions:

• Conditional or telegraphic bids will be rejected.
• Bids not accompanied by required bid security or incomplete forms will be rejected.
• Bids received after the specified date and time or not signed/stamped will be rejected.
• Project funding is available for the above works.
