IESCO Tender: Supply of Conductors (ACSR Rabbit & AAC Ant) – Bid Closing 2026-06-22

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from qualified/manufacturers registered with Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal)/Standards & Specification, NTDC Lahore or with WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs and FBR for the year 2025-26. Prototype approval (if applicable) required. Material to be supplied on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Key dates: E-bids will be received on 2026-06-22 up to 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date.

How to apply: Submit e-bids through E-PADS (E-PADS Version 2.0) Portal Online (http://www.epads.gov.pk). Upload mandatory information as required in the bidding documents. Tender documents and notice also available at IESCO website: http://www.iesco.com.pk and PPRA portal.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements: Firms/manufacturers must be pre-qualified/registered as stated above for 2025-26 and have valid prototype approval where applicable. Bids will be evaluated on a "Single Stage One Envelope basis."

Bid security & submission: Submit separately sealed bid security/guarantee in original against each tender/lot valid for 90 days in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDC issued by a scheduled bank (with required rating) in favor of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO, Islamabad, to be received before the bid closing time; failure to provide original security will render the bid non-responsive.
