IESCO Tender: Supply of ACSR Rabbit & AAC Ant Conductors (Tenders 237 & 238)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from pre-qualified/registered manufacturers or firms for supply of overhead conductors on free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS and will be opened on the specified date.

Submission & opening: E-bids will be received up to 10:30 AM on 2026-06-22 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. Submission must be through E-PADS (E-PADS Version 2.0 Portal).

Key eligibility and requirements:

- Firms/manufacturers must be pre-qualified/registered with the relevant authorities (as specified) and with FBR for FY 2025-26 where applicable, and hold valid prototype approval if applicable.

- Only e-bids are acceptable. Bidders must apply through the E-PADS portal (E-PADS Version 2.0).

- Tenders will be evaluated on a "Single Stage One Envelope basis".

- Prices should be firm and quoted on an FCS basis without any foreign exchange variation.

- Bids must remain valid for 60 days from bid opening.

- Original, stamped bid security/guarantee in the required form (e.g., bank guarantee/CDR) must be submitted in accordance with the tender conditions; partial or unsigned guarantees may render the bid non-responsive.

- Bidders must be registered for all applicable taxes; applicable taxes and duties will be deducted as per rules.

- IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to allot quantities as per its rules.
