TAJ Residencia Pre-Qualification of Construction Firms for Villas, Suites, Boulevard Tower and Grand Minnaar

TAJ Residencia (Sardar Group of Companies) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tenders under Clauses 13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules-2004 for multiple construction projects at TAJ Residencia, adjacent to I-14, Islamabad.

Eligibility: Only firms/contractors enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (valid PEC registration for the year 2026) are eligible to apply.

Required information/documents: Description of similar works executed during last 5 years (with sponsoring agency/client, amount of work in PKR million, completion period/months, date of physical completion, percentage progress of work in hand, and performance report by the sponsoring agency/client); list of movable and immovable assets; personnel (skilled/unskilled); machinery/equipment; audited financial statements or bank statements for the last 3 years; General Sales Tax (GST) registration; NTN certificate; and other credentials. Firms not providing the required information will not be considered.

Procurement / submission details: Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the Contract Department, TAJ Management Office, Tulip Sector, Main Boulevard, TAJ Residencia (Adjacent I-14, Islamabad) between Monday 2026-06-22 and Friday 2026-07-03. Completed applications will be received up to Monday 2026-07-06. Applications will be scrutinized and qualifying firms will be issued pre-qualification letters.

Other notes: Contractors may witness tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications per para-33 of PPRA Rules-2004. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
