University of Gujrat (Hafiz Hayat Campus) invites sealed bids from reputable firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax/GST) with an active taxpayer profile and adequate experience. Bids will be received/processed on a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Treasurer, University of Gujrat.

Sealed bids prepared in conformity with bidding instructions must be submitted through the e-procurement system to the office of the Director Purchase.
Submission deadline: 2026-06-23 by 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. The University may reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Rule-35).
