Executive Engineer, Qadirabad Barrage Division (under Chief Engineer, Faisalabad Irrigation Zone) invites e-tenders under Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure for the remodeling and protection works of the Left Main/Bund (LMB) of Qadirabad Barrage. Bidding is through the Punjab e-Tendering / EPADS system in accordance with PPRA rules. Contractors must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the required CE code and registered on the Punjab e-procurement platform.

- Bid submission (upload) and opening dates: Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS portal by 2026-06-18. Bid receiving/upload cut-off: 2026-06-18 at 02:00 PM; bid opening: 2026-06-18 at 02:30 PM.

- Bid security: 5% of estimated cost must be provided as an earnest money in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of the Executive Engineer, Qadirabad Barrage Division. Original CDR/BG must be submitted at the time/place indicated in the tender documents; failure to provide the required original earnest money will render the bid non-responsive.
