University of Narowal invites e-bids from eligible consultancy firms for Planning, architectural and structural designs, engineering cost estimates, technical specifications, preparation of bidding documents and resident supervision of civil works for the PSDP-funded project titled "Construction of Faiz Ahmed Faiz Complex".

Key procurement instructions: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure per PPRA rules. E-bids must be submitted online by the deadline; original bid security must reach the Project Director's office (Shakar Garh Road, Narowal) on or before the closing time or the bid will be rejected. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the closing date. The University is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders.
