| Eligibility & Experience | Career banker with at least five years' experience at a senior level (Executive Vice President/EVP or above). Candidate should have adequate knowledge, expertise and skills relevant to bank business model, overall size, complexity and risk profile. |

| Minimum Qualification | Graduation or equivalent in banking, finance, economics, business administration or related fields |
| Term | Contract appointment: 3 years (extendable with mutual consent) |
| Remuneration | Market-based competitive salary and other emoluments |
| Selection Conditions | No TA/DA for interview. Appointment subject to meeting State Bank of Pakistan "Fit and Proper Test" criteria. |
