Issuer: National Centre for Physics (NCP), Shahdara Valley Road, Near NIPS, Islamabad. Sealed quotations are invited from specialist suppliers of AI Lab Equipment, IT, and Lab Equipment (Physics Lab, Vacuum Sciences etc.) with valid GST, NTN and listed on the Active Tax Payers (ATL) list.
Quotation submission and tender opening details: Submission on or before 2026-06-23 at 10:00 hrs. Tender opening on 2026-06-23 at 10:30 hrs. Single-Stage, One Envelope procedure. Quotations must clearly indicate the relevant Indent number on the envelope and state "Do Not Open Before 1030 hrs on 23-06-2026". A bid security/earnest money (2% of quoted value) and other standard procurement conditions apply as per NCP instructions. Submit quotations to the Addl. Director Procurement.
