Saidu Medical College & Saidu Teaching Hospital (Medical Teaching Institution - MTI), Swat invites applications for senior management positions on a contract basis under the MTI rules. Appointments will be made by the Board of Governors.

| Hospital Director | Master's in Hospital/Health Services Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Public Administration or equivalent. Medical degree plus management qualification will be an advantage; relevant senior experience expected. | Responsible for non-clinical hospital functions including finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources and procurement; no private practice allowed. |
| Medical Director | Medical degree recognized by regulatory authority; candidates with FCPS, FRCS, MD, MS or equivalent preferred; experience in senior clinical management and tertiary/teaching hospitals. | Provide clinical leadership; oversight of clinical programs and patient care quality; faculty appointment at appropriate level. |
| Nursing Director | Registered nurse with a recognized nursing qualification and Pakistan Nursing Council registration; significant nursing administrative/teaching experience in reputable healthcare institutions. | Lead nursing staff and nursing services; ensure adequate nursing workforce, training and standards; manage nursing department budget and policies. |

| Chief Internal Audit | Chartered Accountant/ACMA/FCMA/ACCA or equivalent with significant audit experience at senior level; internal audit certification preferred. | Lead internal audit function; conduct audits, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements; report to Board and management. |
| Secretary, Board of Governors | Master's in Management/Social Sciences or equivalent from HEC-recognized university with relevant administrative/secretarial experience; strong English and computer skills. | Provide secretariat services to the Board of Governors; maintain records, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinate Board activities. |
