Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara, Dir Lower invites sealed bids (e-bids through EPAD) under National Competitive Bidding for the financial year 2026-27 from reputed manufacturers, firms, distributors, retailers and authorized sole agents for supply of various medicines, medical items and services. Procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Approved rates shall remain effective until 2027-06-30.
Key instructions: Bidding documents and specifications can be obtained from the office during working hours or downloaded from EPAD. Tenders must be on original firm letterhead, signed page-by-page and quoted in words and figures. Handwritten/edited bids will be rejected. E-bids must be uploaded on EPAD and a hard copy with the required Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must reach the office by 11:00 AM on 2026-06-17. Electronic opening of bids via EPAD will be at 11:30 AM on 2026-06-17 in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Firms must be registered with EPAD and, where applicable, with KPRA/FBR. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Proprietary certificate required where applicable. Successful bidders will be required to sign an agreement on judicial stamp paper. The competent authority may reject any or all bids under applicable rules.
