Issuer: Directorate of Planning & Development, Bahria University Head Office (BUHO), Islamabad.
Purpose: Procurement and framework agreement for stationery, papers, toners (new and refilling) and cleaning material for Bahria University Head Office for the financial year 2026-27.

Eligibility: Original manufacturers, authorized distributors or general suppliers in Pakistan having their own stationery/cleaning-material store/shop; registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.
How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents with detailed terms & conditions and scope of work may be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained in person from the office of Deputy Director (Procurement), Room No. 15, Basement, Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad between 2026-06-08 and 2026-07-02, on payment of a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,000 (pay order / deposit draft in favour of Bahria University Islamabad).
Bid security / performance guarantee: Original Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 100,000 (in original) in favour of Bahria University Islamabad must accompany the bid.
Submission & opening: Bids must reach the Deputy Director (Procurement) at Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad by 02 July 2026 at 11:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on 02 July 2026 at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be adopted. Conditional or incomplete bids will be treated as non-responsive.
Additional notes: Suppliers will be required to give best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes, rates, material, labour, tools, transportation and installation. Performance guarantee of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in accordance with the bidding documents.
