E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — TMA Ghazni Khel

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Ghazni Khel invites e-tenders (EPADS) for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered suppliers/firms with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration and KPRA registration as applicable. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding will be used in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 (Technical and Financial).

Key conditions and submission instructions:

• e-Tendering: Interested and eligible bidders/contractors must register on the EPADs/PKTenders portal and submit bids online through e-procurement.
• Bid security: Original 2% CDR (bid security) of the total bid price in the name of TMO, TMA Ghazni Khel must be sealed in an envelope and delivered to the given office address before the closing time.
• Taxes & duties: All applicable federal and provincial taxes, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc., will be applicable and deducted as per government rules.
• Payment & delivery: Supplies shall be subject to inspection and acceptance. Prices quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office unless otherwise specified.
• Submission deadline and bid opening: Technical and financial bids must be submitted online before 2022-06-23 by 01:30 PM. Technical bids on EPADS will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM.
• Right to reject: The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.
