Tender: Supply of Dairy & Other Equipment — District Director Livestock Swabi

Issuer: Office of the District Director Livestock, Swabi (Livestock & Dairy Development Extension, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Procurement under the scheme "Initiative for Livestock development and Farmers prosperity in Swabi."

Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelopes via EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or suppliers registered with FBR for income tax and sales tax and currently holding active status.

Download & submission: Bid Solicitation Documents may be downloaded and submitted via EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must upload scanned copies of bids and mandatory documents (including bid security) through EPADS by the submission deadline. Physical originals: only the bid security in original CDR must be submitted in physical form in the name of District Director Livestock Swabi.

Deadline & opening: Submit on or before 2026-07-07 until 12:00 PM via EPADS. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of the District Director Livestock Swabi in presence of committee members and authorized representatives. Bids by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. If the deadline is a public holiday, the next working day with the same schedule will apply.
