- Bids to be submitted online through the ePADS portal in two envelopes (technical & financial) as per KPRA procurement rules and C&W bidding documents.

- Stamp duty and 2% bid security as specified must be attached.

- Relevant licence(s), PEC registration, tax registration and KPRA registration (where applicable) must be valid and uploaded with the bid. Non-performance or unsatisfactory past performance may lead to rejection.

- Pre-bid meeting and site/information clarifications will be held on the date shown above; interested bidders should attend.
