Tender: Daily Supply of Standard Rations for Social Welfare Department, Malakand (FY 2026-27)

The District Officer, Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Department, Malakand invites sealed tenders from registered firms for the daily supply of standard ration items for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must be registered under relevant federal or provincial law, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registered with sales tax authorities, and hold a license from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority under Section 15-A of the KPFS&HFA Act, 2014. Suppliers must attach proof of prior supply experience (supply orders) and upload all documents in soft form on EPADS.

Bids must include a 2% call deposit amounting to Rs.300,000 in favor of the District Officer Social Welfare, Malakand. Originals and hard copies should be couriered to the office and submitted on EPADS by 20 July 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the District Officer Social Welfare office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Additional requirements include a recent certified bank statement, a Rs.100 judicial stamp affidavit (available on EPADS), and compliance with tax rules; failure to supply or provide substandard items may result in blacklisting and penalties.
