NGCP Multan Tender: Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment for Grid & Transmission Staff (Tender No. CE-AM-NGC-MN-05-2025-26)

Issuer: National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) – North, NGC Multan. NGCP invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) Procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms for the supply of goods listed below.

Eligibility: Bidders must be eligible firms as defined under IB-3 Instructions to Bidders and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders should be registered where applicable and provide required documentation as per bid package.

Bid Security: PKR 1,200,000/- in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Chief Engineer WAPDA (NTDC) / Employer. The bid security must remain valid for the period required and must be submitted in original before the bid closing deadline.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes through the specified procedure by the closing date and time. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
