Invitation to Bid — Manufacture of Modules & Purchase of RF Cables (NECOP Islamabad)

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (NECOP), Plot No. 23, Street No. 06, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from income-tax-registered manufacturers/suppliers for supply of items for FY 2025-2026. Bidding documents are available from NECOP on firm letterhead upon payment of non-refundable tender fee. Earnest money of 1% of total bid value must accompany bids. Bidders must submit required CNIC and vehicle details by the stated deadline. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.

How to obtain documents: Purchase complete bidding documents from the office of AM (Procurement), NECOP on submission of a written request on company letterhead and payment of tender fee between 1000–1600 hrs on working days. The invitation is also available on www.ppra.org.pk.

Important submission instructions: Bids must include required earnest money and be submitted by the stated deadline. Interested bidders must forward copies of CNICs of participating individuals and vehicle details by 2026-06-08 before 13:00 hrs to the NECOP office.
