NECOP Invitation for Bids: Manufacturing of RF Modules & Purchase of RF Cables (IFB Case R(1094)/2025-26)

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (NECOP) invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers / suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Department for supply of items for FY 2025-2026.

Key instructions: bidders may purchase bidding documents from the NECOP office on submission of written request and payment of tender fee between 1000–1600 hrs on working days. Documents are also available on the PPRA website. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 1% of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in part or whole under PPRA Rules 2004. No negotiations on quoted prices; interested bidders must provide best and final prices.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-10 at 11:00 hrs at NECOP HQ with Technical Representatives. All interested bidders must forward copies of CNIC of participating individuals and vehicle details latest by 2026-06-08 before 13:00 hrs for access to NECOP premises.
