Tender Notice — Procurement of Various Items by Directorate General Procurement (Army), Rawalpindi

Directorate General Procurement (Army), Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates for supply of various items under PPRA rules. Procurement will be carried out in accordance with applicable procurement regulations; firms should avoid quoting exorbitant rates.

Key instructions:

- Tender documents are available from the DGP (Army) office (Near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi) during working hours (0800–1500 hrs).

- A non-refundable deposit (Challan Form No. 32-A) of Rs. 2,000/- is required from registered and un-registered firms, to be deposited into the Government Treasury (Major Head C02101-20, Main Head 1-1-2, Sub Head A – Miscellaneous, Code Head 1485/30) in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi.

- Participating firms must submit tender samples: three (3) made-up tender samples along with material samples will be required at the technical evaluation stage. Firms must quote the same rate against all sizes where applicable; non-compliance may lead to rejection.

- Tender submission and opening are time-specific (submission generally by 10:30 hrs and opening at 11:00 hrs for listed packages). Individual tender packages have varying collection, submission and opening dates (see office for package-specific schedules).

How to obtain documents and submit:

- Collect tender documents in person from the DGP (Army) office during working hours.

- Deposit the required challan fee as specified above and attach proof with the submission.
