Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible bidders for supply of electrical materials, free delivery to consignee (Deputy Manager Regional Store, Abbottabad) as per NTDC/WAPDA specifications amended to date. How to apply and key conditions:
- Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the portal before bidding.
- Tenders will be opened on a "Single Stage Single Envelope basis" in accordance with PPRA procurement rules.
- Original bid security in the name of Chief Executive Officer, HAZECO, must be delivered to Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the specified bid closing time. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the e-bid on E-PADS; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.
- Bid validity: 60 days from the date of opening. Bid security must remain valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
- HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1). The tender notice is also available at HAZECO website and PPRA website: www.hazeco.com.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk.
