PKLI&RC Tender: Procurement of Hospital Linen — Bids Close 2023-06-06

Issuer: Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore.

PKLI&RC invites e-bids from registered vendors/firms (income tax & sales tax registered) for the procurement of hospital linen. Bidding documents are available free of charge on the PKLI website and can also be viewed on PPRA and Punjab procurement portals. Submission is online via the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS).

• Download bidding documents: https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/; also available on PPRA and https://procure.punjab.gov.pk.
• Submit bids online on or before the stated closing date/time via e-PADS (https://procure.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies of e-bids are not required; the procuring agency will not accept late submissions.
• All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the prescribed amount and form (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order). Original bid security must be submitted to Main Section, Ground Floor (Package-A Building), PKLI & RC Lahore before the closing date/time; late submission of original security will result in rejection.
• Bid validity: 180 days from date of opening.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2023-06-03 at 11:00 AM in the conference room, Supply Chain Department, PKLI & RC, Lahore.
• PKLI&RC is not responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
