E-Tender: Remodeling & Raising of Right Marginal Bund, Suleimanki Headworks

Office of the Executive Engineer, Suleimanki Headworks Division, Suleimanki invites e-bids under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for the listed civil works. Single-stage, single-envelope Open Competitive Bidding procedure will be used. Bidding documents are available and downloadable from the Punjab e-procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and must be submitted through the e-PADS system before the closing time.

Eligibility: Registered firms/contractors with relevant PEC registration and categories, having valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council and enrollment on the e-procurement / e-PADS platform, may participate.

Bid security: Fixed at 2.5% of the estimated cost; bidders must submit original security documents as required and comply with PPRA Rules. Bidders must complete registration on e-PADS and submit bids electronically; hard-copy documents may be required as per bid conditions where specified.

Procedure & Opening: Tendering will follow the instructions on the e-PADS portal. Bids will be received by the Tender Opening Committee through e-PADS and opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All taxes and duties will be deducted as per Government Rules.
