Bid submission and document details: Tenders will close at 14:30 hours and will be opened publicly at 15:00 hours on the dates indicated above at Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Tender documents for International tenders can be purchased up to one day before the opening date between 11:00 and 12:30 hours on any working day. Local tender documents are available via PPRA's EPADS portal.
Requirements & fees: Tender fee is non-refundable (pay order/demand draft in favour of SNGPL). Bid security: 2% of estimated value (excluding GST). Local bidders must submit copies of valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax certificates when requesting tender documents. For local tenders bids must be submitted through EPADS; an original/duplicate set of the EPADS-uploaded bid with the original bid bond must also be submitted by the closing time/date.
