Institute of Space Technology Invitation to Bid — Electrical Items, Aluminium Honeycomb, Spare Parts, Maintenance, Furniture & Lifts (Submission 2026-08-25)

Institute of Space Technology (IST), a public-sector university established under the Institute of Space Technology Act, 2010, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for supply/servicing of the following items and annual maintenance contracts.

Bidding documents (detailed terms and conditions, procurement procedure, bid security, bid validity, opening/evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection rules, performance guarantee etc.) are available at the Procurement Department, Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad and can be downloaded from the IST website. Bids must reach the Procurement Department on or before the stated closing date by 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
