Invitation to Bids — Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nankana Sahib (E-Procurement)

Office: Office of the Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from reputed firms, companies, manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers and service providers duly registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for procurements for Financial Year 2026-27 under the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-Punjab) under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key instructions and information:

- Bidders must have valid registration and active registration with FBR/PRA as applicable. Bidders may participate in one or more lots; each lot shall be evaluated and awarded separately.

- Tender documents, detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions and other relevant information are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-Punjab) (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA Punjab website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted.

- E-Bid Submission: 2026-08-20 up to 12:00 PM via Punjab E-Procurement System (e-Punjab).

- E-Bid Opening: 2026-08-20 at 12:30 PM at the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Nankana Sahib.

- Original bid security in the prescribed form must reach the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Nankana Sahib before the conclusion of the bid opening session.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders are advised to upload their bids on e-Punjab well before the submission deadline to avoid connectivity issues; no bid will be accepted after the prescribed date and time.
