C&W Division South Waziristan Upper – Tender Notice (EPADS) for Road Improvement Works (ADP No.2109/2153-PW)

Executive Engineer, C&W Division South Waziristan Upper invites sealed tenders through the EPADS (Single Stage Two Envelope) system from eligible firms/bidders enlisted with C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid renewal for Financial Year 2025-26/2026-27 for road improvement works under ADP No.2109/2153-PW.

- Bid security shall be 2% of the Engineer's Estimate in the shape of Call Deposit in the name of Executive Engineer C&W Division South Waziristan Upper.

- Contractors quoting more than 10% below the Engineer's Estimate shall submit 8% additional security of Engineer's Estimate along with their bids. Failing to submit the required additional security will render the bid non-responsive.

- All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as required under provincial rules.

- Bids will be processed under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules; the procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid with best evaluated bidder or annul the process in accordance with relevant rules.
