RFP for Master Planning & Commercial Consultancy Services — REDAMCO (Islamabad)

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways — State Owned Enterprise.

Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) under Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) for selection of experienced and capable consultancy firms for "Master Planning & Commercial Consultancy Services." Eligible firms must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and tax departments and meet requirements under the Public Procurement Rules.

How to apply: The RFP document is available immediately on E-Pads and the PPRA website after publication. Proposal (technical & financial) must be uploaded on E-Pads (mandatory). Late or non-conforming submissions will be rejected. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by consultancy firms in connection with preparation or delivery of proposals. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all RFPs in accordance with Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules.

Proposal opening: Proposals will be opened on the date specified in the RFP in the presence of interested representatives of the consultancy firms (see RFP for exact opening time and procedure).
