National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of non-consultancy services planned under FY 2026-27. Bids must follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure and will be evaluated using a Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
