Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for procurement year 2026-27 for supply of power cable on a free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores (Rawalpindi/Islamabad/Rajjar). Bidders must be firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC and FBR and hold valid prototype approval where applicable.

How to apply and key conditions
1. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk). Follow portal instructions for mandatory documents.
2. Procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Prices should be final on DDP basis and not involve foreign exchange. The quoted price must be inclusive of all taxes; GST will be reimbursable upon submission of original invoices.
3. Bid validity: 60 days. The original bid security/guarantee must be valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (i.e., 88 days) and delivered before bid closing time in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO, Islamabad.
4. Bidders must provide original documents and, where applicable, valid prototype approval at the time of bid opening.
5. IESCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. If a scheduled closing/opening day is a holiday or office remains closed, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place.
