MC Nowshera Virkan E-Tender Notice for Annual Framework Contracts 2026-27

Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan (Distt. Gujranwala) invites online bids from registered contractors (with relevant PEC category and codes) for Annual Framework Contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents will be available and must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement system dashboard.

Key submission and opening deadlines: upload/bid submission deadline 2026-09-03 at 12:00 PM. Original earnest money (CDR) must be submitted to the Municipal Committee office by 01:00 PM on 2026-09-03. Tenders will be opened on 2026-09-03 at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Earnest money: 2% of the estimated amount in the form of CDR in favour of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan. Method of selection: least cost. Taxes and other statutory deductions will apply. Bidders who quote rates more than 4.98% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as per PPRA/MC rules within the stipulated period, otherwise the tender will be forfeited.
