IESCO Tender No. 67 — Supply of 15 kV XLPE 240 mm² Single-Core Power Cable (300 km)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e-bids for supply of power cable for FY 2026-27 from firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGDC (formerly NTDC) and FBR. Valid prototype approval is required if applicable. Delivery on free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores.

Submission and procedure: Only e-bids are acceptable. Bidders must submit bids online through the E-Procurement / E-PADS portal (E-PADS Portal: http://www.epads.gov.pk) and upload all mandatory information as required in the bidding documents. Tenders will be opened on a "Single Stage Two Envelope" basis. Bid validity period: 60 days. Original bid security must be valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (i.e., 88 days) in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan; the bank guarantee must be submitted before bid closing time.
