Submit technical and commercial bids online through the PDF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pot.gov.pk) and also deliver a separately sealed hard copy to the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall. Hard offer envelopes should be received half an hour before tender opening on the same date.
