Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi invites online tenders from financially sound firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for hiring security services for FY 2026-27. Firms must submit tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline.

Key conditions: bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and demonstrate sound financial standing. Each bidder must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Conditional or incomplete tenders will not be considered. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Rules 2014 apply. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders with reasons recorded. The successful firm must ensure salaries/wages to security guards are paid on or before the 10th of each month and in accordance with government-prescribed rates. The firm offering the lowest rates will be declared the successful bidder.
