Tender for Janitorial Services (FY 2026-27) — Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Rawalpindi

Issuer: Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi. Purpose: Procurement of janitorial services for FY 2026-27 for BISE Rawalpindi premises (Morgah).

The procurement comprises two packages: provision of janitors and janitorial materials. Tenders must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by the stated deadline. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required. The procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

How to apply: Submit tenders online only via Punjab E-Procurement System (punjab.eproc.gop.pk / http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx). It is preferable (but not mandatory) that a hard copy also reaches the office within the stipulated time. Late submissions will not be entertained.

Key dates & opening: Tender submission deadline: 2026-08-27 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bid opening: same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

Important conditions: 1) Each bidder must provide bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost. 2) Conditional or incomplete tenders will not be considered. 3) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. 4) Successful firm must ensure janitors’ salaries are paid on or before the 10th of each month and wages follow government-prescribed rates. 5) Lowest evaluated bid may be declared successful.
