Submission & deadline: E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids will be received until 2026-08-25 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
Key conditions: Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities. Tender documents and submission are via the Punjab e-Procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost per lot is required as specified in the tender. Late or non-compliant bids will not be accepted. All procurement will follow PPRA and Punjab e-procurement rules.
