District Council Rawalpindi – Tender Notice for M&R Road Schemes (Closing 2026-08-20)

Office of the District Council, Rawalpindi invites bids under the M&R scheme on the eProcurement (EP) system in accordance with PPRA rules from approved contractors for the listed road rehabilitation works.

Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council, Rawalpindi.

Bid documents & submission: Documents available on the PPRA/EP system. Bids must be submitted via the EP system from the date of publication until 2026-08-20 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 02:00 PM in the office of District Council Rawalpindi by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.

Earnest money & conditions: Earnest money amounts are shown per scheme (below). If the lowest quoted percentage is less than 5% of the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit the required security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of issuance of notice. Failure to deposit will result in forfeiture of the 5% earnest money in favor of District Council Rawalpindi and re-tendering. Incomplete, conditional or ambiguous bids will not be accepted. Contractor is responsible for protection against human, animal and financial loss.
