How to obtain documents and submit bids:
- Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained by written request on company letterhead along with the bank draft/pay order of the stated tender fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.
- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
- Original bank draft must reach the issuing office one day before the tender opening. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening date.
- Envelopes must be clearly super-scribed with the tender number and due date. Postal delays are the responsibility of the tenderer; late tenders will not be entertained.
- Tender validity: tenders must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening.
- Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.
