Head Procurement, FOR Islamabad (P.O. Box No. 1482) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with Sales Tax Department for supply on FOR Islamabad basis. Tender documents are available on written request on company letterhead along with a bank draft/pay order for the tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.

Important instructions:
- Tender documents must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
- Tenders received after the specified opening time/date will not be entertained. Tenders must have a validity of 60 days from the opening date.
- Tenders containing cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
- Tender documents can be dispatched on request against bank draft/cheque/fax/email. The original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
